About the Project
The Horse Bride is a ghost story rooted in the myth of La Llorona, set in the isolated landscape of Northern Mexico. Years after abandoning his bride at the altar, Alfredo Jimenez returns home when she vanishes under mysterious circumstances. As he journeys through empty roads and silent towns, Alfredo is haunted by regret, local warnings, and the sense that something is following him. The further he searches, the more reality unravels, blurring the line between the living and the dead. Forced to face the ghost of a love he betrayed, Alfredo is drawn into a supernatural horror that refuses to let go.
